Iyer, who guided KKR to the IPL victory in 2024, has joined PBKS this season. In the super auction, he was paid INR 26.75 crore by the franchise and was also named captain.

The moment was supposed to be light-hearted, but it took a turn when Iyer abruptly walked out, claiming he needed to go to the gym.
