Spanish clubs have won the tournament a staggering 20 times, and they are the undisputed monarchs. English clubs come second, having won the title 14 times, while Italian clubs have won the tournament 12 times.

10. Porto (2).

Porto, often known as FC Porto or just Porto, is a professional sports team from Portugal. It was formed in 1893 and is situated in Porto.
