RJ Mahvash Buys Cricket Team in CLT10 League, Ex-IPL Star Will Lead the Team
So, the first-ever CLT10 (Cricket League T10) auction—a three-day tennis ball cricket tournament—just wrapped up in Delhi. Seems like some famous faces were there, too! Sunny Leone and Prince Narula, who both own teams, showed up. Even RJ Mahvash, the influencer who’s been rumored to be dating cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, got in on the action and bought a team.
Mahvash is now a cricket team owner, having purchased the Supreme Strikers, which will be captained by Shaun Marsh, the former Australian opening batsman.
RJ Mahvash was seen in a light cream top and skirt set at the event. She also went on Instagram to post some quick looks from the auction, showing her strong will in her new job as a team boss.
“Team RJ Mahvash got Captain Shaun Marsh,” Mahvash wrote on an Instagram post.

Why RJ Mahvash Brought a team in CLT10
The CLT10 competition, which will include eight teams in total, is a game-changing effort aiming at raising the grassroots sport of tennis ball cricket to a professional, high-stakes level. The league, which will be hosted in Noida from August 22 to 24, will use a fast-paced 10-over style to appeal to a modern audience that prefers rapid, action-packed matches.
The auction itself was a spectacle, with player Jignesh Patel receiving the highest price of the night for a record-breaking 12.25 crore from the Mighty Mavericks, owned by singer Jasmine Sandlas.
This huge sum shows the money at play and how tough the league is. The fact that many stars are in it means lots of media will talk about it. The choice to cut the overs is smart because the people running it think it will make the game more exciting and get more fans into it.
With stars owning teams, good management, and a setup made for fast-paced fun, the CLT10 league will be a big deal in Indian cricket. It brings together sport and fun in a new way.
