Saturday Night’s Main Event: who will John Cena’s opponent

In Saturday night’s main event, John Cena will defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against R-Truth. The event will take place on May 24. Cena assaulted Truth during the post-WWE Backlash press conference.

John Cena will return to the ring in WWE next week and the 17-time world champion will put his title on the line during the Saturdar Night’s Main Event. Cena will have his title on the line against R-Truth, who assisted him in keeping the belt from Randy Orton at WWE Backlash.

But Cenae apparently didn’t appreciate his help and struck WWE veteran.Cena struck Truth with an AA at te post-premium live event press conference.

There had been indications that Truth was to clash with Cena and WWE has finally announced it. Cena didn’t feature on this week’s Smackdown and won’t be featured on next week’s show

Cena can now directly make his comeback at Saturday Night’s Main Event, which will be held on May 24. There is no doubt Cena will hold his title against Truth.

He took the title by beating Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania 41. Cody has been out of action since the last PLE and there is no official word on his return.

It’s interesting that WWE promoted Cody for this week’s program, but there was no indication that he would be returning. He may go back to Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Other matches in Saturday Night’s Main Event

Jey Uso will risk his World Heavyweight Championship against Logan Paul. This could be the main event even if Cena is competing at SNME. Jey beat Gunther at Wrestlemania to become the champion.

Damian Priest will battle Drew McIntyre in a Steel Cage Match. CM Punk and Sami Zayn will partner to take on Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. Rollons have been having one ot eh best character works for them.

Bron was on Seth and Paul Heyman’s side on Raw following Wrestlemania. The new group attacked Roman Reigns and Punk. Reigns became part-time superstar and rarely appears. He only worked on big shows.
